Walk and relaxation

Made the most of a day off by heading to the coast for a walk.

Was really sunny and quiet which nice when you need to unwind my route took me from Mundesley to Bacton before I returned via the Ship for a very nice Steak and Chips with a IPA.

Later today will be heading to the Gym no swim as at the moment the cold is still bad.

Had a call from the European Movement and will be speaking in a debate in Saffron Walden and at City College the following week.
