Today I was at County Hall for the NALC Quality Awards.
Next door was full Council it seemed to be made up of smartly dressed men all aged 70 and above who would look more at home in a 19th Century Gentleman's club.
As this is the body that represents Norfolk, I can only gather that Norfolk does not have anyone who is not either white, male and under 70 living in it.
